Our firm was founded in 2016 by David Hinton, who has provided legal assistance to clients in Hervey Bay and Maryborough since 1998 and has worked at some of the region’s leading law firms.

We are a family business with offices located in Hervey Bay and Caloundra. David Hinton began his legal career in 1989 and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 1991. He is a Fellow of the Queensland Law Society and is also a Fellow of the Queensland Family Law Practitioners Association (FLPA) and the Family Law Section of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
