Whale Watch
Whalesong Cruises offers the experience of a lifetime
twice a day from mid-July through to November. Our modern vessel was purposely
built for whale watching, with wide decks that offer comfortable wheelchair
access to most areas on the lower deck and the main cabin area.
So this means plenty of space for all to view an unforgettable display
by these majestic animals, who often privilege us with a close encounter.
Vessel Information
- Whalesong is a fast, stable, luxuriously appointed 15 metre catamaran.
- Whalesong also has a colour under-water video camera, which allows you to see the action down under to a depth of 30.5 metres or 100 feet. We record our footage so that people watching it live, can view it later. The boat is equipped with two full size monitors within our lower main cabin, and one monitor in the upstairs cabin, so there is no reason to miss any of the action.
- Whalesong, usually spends about the same amount of time with the whales, as a slower traveling full day vessel.
- Maximum number of passengers = 70.
- TOILETS on both levels of vessel - lower one allows for easy wheelchair access.
- WHEELCHAIR access to lower cabin, side and back decks, and tie down facilities.
- KIDS CORNER - Educational and children's videos. Basic Toys for toddlers, drawing and colouring in.
- LICENSED BAR - Whalesong has a fully licensed bar with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
