Wildlife Coast Cruises 3/4 day Whale Watch Eco Cruises operate daily from late July to late October from Hervey Bay where hundreds of Humpback Whales are playing and resting in the sheltered waters of Platypus Bay. It is where the Mothers come to teach the new born young survival and communication techniques of breaching, fin and tail slapping, head lunging and feeding. These waters are also rich with dolphins and turtles, Wildlife Coast Cruises are an environmentally conscious company, offering passengers the opportunity to experience nature the ‘friendly’ way, leaving the beautiful, fragile attractions as they were found.
Our cruiser, The Kasey Lee, is a modern, high-tunneled catamaran, custom built for the finest quality Wildlife Viewing. In keeping with our companies policy of exceeding our customers expectations, this 19 metre, ocean going vessel was built to provide a stable & fast ride, with comfort & safety paramount. It features 3 levels of Unobstructed, Carpeted Viewing Decks, Indoor & Outdoor seating on Two Levels for up to 100 passengers, Undercover decking, High back Ergonomic Seating, Kiosk/Licensed Bar, M/F/D Eco-Toilets & Surround Interpretation and Extra seating provided!
Wildlife Coast Cruises vessel The”Kasey Lee” is fully surveyed to Queensland Marine Board USL requirements, Our crew are chosen for there personality and customer service skills and are certified in ship board safety, fire fighting, first aid & Wildlife interpretation, skippers are fully qualified to Master Mariner Class V, Marine Engineer Class 2 and all have extensive local knowledge in Victorian and Queensland waters.
